Can I Freeze Steak Pie?

If you wish to save the pie filling for another day, freezing it is a simple process.

Simply cool the pie filling quickly, within 2 hours after cooking before transferring to a freezer-safe container and freezing.

Allow the pie filling to thaw overnight in the refrigerator before re-heating in the microwave or a saucepan on the stovetop, taking care to bring it to a minimum temperature of 75C and stirring constantly to avoid uneven heating.
