Enjoy 650 stunning Voices including guitar, bass, strings, sax, trumpet, drums and percussion, as well as piano, organ, and other classic keyboard instruments, which together comprise a comprehensive library of musical sounds.

Songs

There are variety of built-in Presets Songs. You can enjoy the songs with lesson functions for supporting your practice and improve your playing skills. And also there is free downloadable songbook for the Preset Songs, which you can download from the “PSR-E383 related data download” website.

Touch Response

Enjoy playing a touch-sensitive keyboard that accurately reflects every nuance of your playing, making your performances more musically expressive. Play the keys heavily for louder tones, or softly to achieve quieter sounds, to achieve true dynamic control of your music.

Super Articulation Lite

"Super Articulation Lite" is a feature that reproduces the sounds of playing methods that are unique to specific acoustic instruments. For example, if you select a guitar voice, you can realistically reproduce sounds such guitar distortion and the harmonics of nylon guitar strings.

DSP effects

This PSR-E383 comes with a DSP ("Digital Signal Processor") that allows you to apply a variety of on-board effects such as delay or distortion to the sound and adapt it to your performance. When a Voice that features a recommended DSP setting is selected the DSP effect is applied to the main Voice part.

Arpeggio function

Play back arpeggios (broken chords) automatically simply by playing the appropriate notes on the keyboard. For example, you could play the notes of a triad—the root, third, and fifth—and the arpeggio function will automatically create a variety of interesting phrases. This feature can be used creatively in music production as well as performance.

Registration memory

Save your favorite Voice and control panel settings so that you can call them up in an instant with the touch of a button, even while playing. No need to search for Voices, Styles and settings!

Rec'n'Share

If you want to take a video of your performance and share it on platforms like YouTube, TikTok and so on, Rec'n'Share is the way to go. Connect the PSR-E383 to your smart device, and record both video and audio at the same time to complete your video.

USB Audio Recording/Interface

Connect the PSR-E383 to your computer with a USB terminal for audio and MIDI use.

Direct UI

When selecting a Voice, Style, or function, you can directly select it using the category button/number button without having to turn a dial.

Duo Mode

Duo mode allows two people to play together on the same instrument by creating two middle C notes. Enjoy playing the piano with friends and family!

You can practice without making any sound from the built-in speakers by connecting headphone.

Recording

The PSR-E383 comes equipped with a recording function that is a convenient aid to practice, making it easy to record your own performances so that you can listen to them again immediately. You can record just the left hand first, and then practice playing along with the right.

Battery Powered

The PSR-E383 can use either optional AA size batteries or the included AC adaptor, so you can enjoy playing in locations where there is no power available.
