Keto Meal Plan Free: Week 29

I never guessed in a million years when I posted my very first Keto Meal Plan Free 29 weeks ago that it would become such a popular post. While it is absolutely not necessary to follow Keto meal plans when following a Keto Diet I have found that it is helpful to be able to see what others are eating. Also, I have found that it is so easy to complicate a ketogenic lifestyle.

Keep it Simple

I try to take a simple approach and make meals that don’t require a ton of ingredients and are easy to prepare. I further simplify by doubling and tripling recipes at dinner so that we will have leftovers to cover our lunches during the week. As a stay at home mom of 4 who also homeschools we eat at home most days, so that means I need lots of food readily available to feed everyone. Otherwise, I would spend the bulk of my days in the kitchen. I don’t prep a lot of food in advance as I don’t have a bulk of extra time in my week; however, there are a couple of things that I do that save time like browning ground beef in advance and freezing it to use later. Many of you have asked for breakfast ideas during the week. I usually just drink bulletproof coffee in the mornings during the week as it helps me to keep my protein lower and my fat high. Plus, after my kids eat breakfast, it is just easier to drink coffee so we can jump right into our homeschool day. This week I am including an alternate breakfast suggestion besides bulletproof coffee for those of you who prefer to eat breakfast. I hope that this addition is helpful.

Monday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof coffee 0r bacon and scrambled eggs

Lunch – Unstuffed Cabbage Soup

Dinner – Cheesy Mexican Skillet (made with ground beef & beef broth instead of chicken)

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Breakfast Casserole with Sausage

Lunch – leftover Cheesy Mexican Skillet

Dinner – Creamy Parmesan Pork Chops with Roasted Broccoli

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or Mixed Berry Muffins& Bacon

Lunch – leftover Unstuffed Cabbage Soup

Dinner – We eat out on Wednesday nights so we can get to church on time.

Thursday

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftover Keto Breakfast Casserole with Sausage

Lunch – leftoverCreamy Parmesan Pork Chops with Roasted Broccoli

Dinner – Pot Roast (Instant Pot recipe here or slow cooker recipe here) Southern Green Beans, and Cauliflower Mac N Cheese

Friday

Breakfast – Bulletproof Coffee or leftoverMixed Berry Muffins& Bacon

Lunch – leftover roast on 90-Second Bread with melted provolone cheese

Dinner – Chicken Philly Cheesesteak & a leafy garden salad

Saturday

Breakfast – Low Carb Lemon Poppyseed Muffins with bacon and eggs

Lunch – Clean out the fridge of all the leftovers for the week

Dinner – Keto Chili (Instant Pot recipe or Stovetop recipe)

Snacks – Homemade Cheese Cracker Crisps, pecans, or pork rinds

Sweet Treat –Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
