Is Azerbaijan safe to travel?

Solo travel experience

I spent the entire week in Baku. I stayed in two different hotels, which cost me 33 dollars and 70 dollars per night. In total, I spent about 1200 dollars for the week. I booked three full-day tours directly and paid in cash, which was much cheaper than booking online. As a woman, I traveled alone and it was safe.

Is Azerbaijan worth visiting?

Solo travel experience

I was in Azerbaijan for only a few days. I really loved the one-day trip to Gobustan (mud volcanoes, cave drawings, Yanardag, etc.) Bolt was very cheap, so I used it to get around.
