Tweaks
Overly salty/too much pepper. Used one seasoning package for two boxes. Also suggest caution when stirring for two minutes. Toss gently then cover for about 10 minutes. Otherwise you'll end up with mush.

The stuffing mix spice mix was fairly good with the exception of the sodium content. I think you should significantly reduce the amount of salt as people can usually use salt and pepper to taste at the table.
