Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coriander leaves (fresh (hara dhaniya))
  • 3-4 Green chilies (hari mirch (you can adjust as per the preference))
  • ½ inch Ginger (piece)
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • Black salt or regular salt to taste.

Instructions

  • Clean the coriander leaves well. Add the dhaniya leaves into a blender

  • Now , add garlic, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and blend it to fine paste. Add a tablespoon of water if needed.

  • Green chutney is ready, store it in a clean airtight container under refrigeration

Remove the thick stalks of the coriander leaves
