Management of Value (MoV®) has evolved from the tried andsuccessful practice of value management across many sectors andover many years. The MoV guidance aligns the established methodswith the AXELOS owned Programme and Project Management guidance.The guidance describes methods that are not new, but their use isoften overlooked or misapplied.

About the course

The main body of the course consists of 11 sessions whichcoversMoV principles, processes and techniques. It alsocovers MoV approach and implementation, the MoV environment,embeddingMoV and the MoV guidance appendices.

Objectives

The purpose of the foundation level certification is to confirmthat a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of theMoV guidance to:

• enable participants to contribute effectively to MoV activitiesled by others;
• enable participants to understand and explain MoV toothers.

Target audience

The course will be of benefit to all levels of managementincluding:

• Corporate managers – responsible for instigating MoV studieswith a view to starting new programmes or projects

Exam and certification

Take your exam whenever you areready,whenever you have the time and wherever youare..!!

The exam will be taken online giving you the comfortable choiceof writing the exam at home or at the office. What we require is acomputer with internet connection for the exam and webcam(ProctorU). The exam is included in this eLearning package.

• 50 questions per paper
• 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) pass mark –50%
• 40 minutes duration
• Closed book

AVC gives you the chance toretake the exam in caseyou fail the first attempt, for just SEK 600. Youwill have up to 6 months from the date of the first attempt toretake your exam.
