- Restaurant Clos Séméria (Saint-Raphaël)
This gourmet restaurant offers elaborate, inventive cuisine based on fresh, local produce, with an à l’ardoise menu that changes with the seasons. The glass roof over the room provides a pleasantly luminous ambience. We enjoyed the varied and tasty amuse-bouches, as well as the original and delicious dishes. The dessert of red berries, white chocolate and lime was the perfect end to the meal. We highly recommend this address.
- Restaurant La Crêperie de Gaëlle (Fréjus)
La Crêperie de Gaëlle offers a magnificent view of Fréjus harbor and home-made, gluten-free and lactose-free crepes. As well as salads, pastas and omelettes. We loved the crêpe La Fréjusienne. We warmly recommend this address overlooking the harbor for crêpe lovers and gourmands alike.
- Restaurant L’Amandier (Saint-Raphaël)
This restaurant, awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide, offers fine cuisine at excellent value for money. Local produce is showcased in a traditional cuisine with a southern accent. We loved the romantic, singular setting of the 16th-century vaulted dining room, which adds an extra dimension to the culinary experience.
- Restaurant Le Mugs (Fréjus)
Restaurant Le Mugs is the ideal place to go if you’re feeling a little hungry or fancy a light meal. We loved its adorable inner courtyard and atypical tearoom atmosphere. We enjoyed our delicious non-alcoholic co*cktail, fresh and surprising. Takeaway or eat-in, we recommend this address for a quick gourmet break.

1. Restaurant Clos Séméria (St-Raphaël)
This gourmet restaurant offers elaborate, inventive cuisine using products from local producers. We enjoyed eating there. You’ll appreciate the luminous ambience provided by the glass roof over the entire room. In this establishment, the menu is à l’ardoise, with fresh, seasonal products. We think this is a very good sign! We enjoyed the appetizers offered as a preamble to the meal, 4 different creations offering us a varied palette of aromas and textures.
For dinner, we chose a mushroom-based starter that we loved for its freshness and lightness. We were surprised by the dish based on poached guinea fowl, seasoned with passion fruit, seaweed and pea shoots. A flawless symphony on the plate.
We have a sweet tooth, so we couldn’t resist the call of the red fruit, white chocolate and lime dessert. It was the perfect end to a delicious meal!
We highly recommend this establishment, where we had a great time.

We recommend this restaurant located within theHôtel l’Aréna, whose setting is absolutely worth the detour: swimming pool and charming terrace planted with trees, cosy and warm atmosphere.
At La table de Guillôme, our chefs offer creative, authentic Provencal cuisine, with such must-try dishes as Aïoli du vendredi, bourride, zucchini flowers and petit* farcis. Everything is sourced from small producers within a 100 km radius. The wine list displays the same convictions, with bottles from local winemakers, giving pride of place to Provence while occasionally venturing into the Rhone Valley and Bordeaux.

The restaurant offers contemporary Provençal cuisine in tune with the seasons.
The chef offers authentic, refined cuisine featuring fresh, seasonal local produce. Sun-drenched fruit, vegetables and herbs from the garden are combined with the jewels of the Mediterranean or a fine piece of meat. Feeling hungry? Looking for lightness? Need to take your meal to go? Or just a sweet snack? At Restaurant Le Mugs, you’ve come to the right place! We were seduced by the lovely interior courtyard and the tea-room atmosphere of this atypically decorated establishment.
We enjoyed a delicious non-alcoholic co*cktail, very fresh, surprising and refreshing. We served it with a little focaccia with Provencal vegetables. We weren’t very hungry, yet we couldn’t resist trying a pastry, and fell for the Paris-Saint-Raphaël, a Paris-Brest revisited with praline in the spotlight. A delight of lightness!

For those who don’t like pancakes, Geëlle also offers salads, pasta and omelettes. But also waffles and ice creams, ideal for snacking.
We tasted the La Fréjusienne crêpe and found it very good and tasty. For dessert we allowed ourselves a little butter-sugar pancake, as we also like simple things. We recommend this establishment, which offers good value for money.
